On the 28th, 29th and 30th of December, Selman Marrakech receives from Casablanca the Chef of the Japanese gastronomic restaurant ILOLI and his brigade, for 3 exceptional dinners.
A 5-course tasting menu will be specially designed for the occasion by the 3 ILOLI chefs: Yusuke Furukawa, Yasuhisa Kino & Masayo Tsuyuguchi.
Pure Tokyoite and son of restaurateur, Chef Yusuke Furukawa, nicknamed "Masta", began his culinary apprenticeship by discovering Chinese, Italian and Moroccan cuisines before completing his education at Château de Joel Robuchon, three Michelin stars. In 2010, he took off internationally, heading for Paris, where he joined the Comme des Poissons kitchens, the authentic and upscale sushi temple. Two years later, his curiosity and his taste for adventure led him to Casablanca, where he launched ILOLI, the first restaurant of Japanese gastronomy in Morocco.
ILOLI is part of "The 2019 List" of the 1000 best restaurants in the world.
